The Licensing Process

Step 1: Inquiry — Artist/Business reaches out expressing interest.

Step 2: Application — Artist/Business completes application form.

Step 3: Review — Stacey McEwan reviews application and responds within 14 business days.

Step 4: Agreement — If approved, the licensing agreement is signed and minimum guarantee is paid (the minimum gaurantee is negotiable)

Step 5: Design Submission — Licensee submits all designs for approval.

Step 6: Approval — Stacey provides written approval or requests revisions within 14 days.

Step 7: Production — Licensee produces merchandise in line with approved designs.

Step 8: Reporting — Licensee submits sales reports and royalty payments twice yearly.

Step 9: Renewal or Termination — At the end of the term, license may be renewed or allowed to expire.
